Meet some of our Instructors

Jeff

I am a University of Toronto Law grad and a litigation lawyer in Toronto. I scored in the 93rd percentile on the LSAT, along with a perfect score on the Logic Games section. As Canada’s top-reviewed private LSAT tutor with students across the country, I have 1,000+ hours of instructional experience with students from all walks of life — including those with ADHD. I’ve developed a highly effective tutoring curriculum that has helped numerous students excel on their LSAT.

Louis

I have been an LSAT tutor for quite a while. I’ve had dozens of students with all showing improvement and many scoring in the 160s and receiving acceptances to law schools in Ontario and elsewhere. I also have a Masters degree in history from Queen’s University and have taught at a variety of levels, including being a tutor in high school, a teaching and research assistant in university, and an English teacher in Korea.

Declan

I am a first-year law student at the U. of Victoria and a 2020 graduate of McGill University, where I majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy and Islamic Studies. I scored a 174 (99th percentile) on the LSAT and have been tutoring since March 2020. I have taught a wide variety of students and prioritized building meaningful connections with them to ensure that they learn to the best of their ability.

If you want to boost your LSAT Score and have the very best opportunity for scholarships and admission to law schools in Canada, you will definitely need guidance from an experienced LSAT tutor. At Upper Canada LSAT Prep, we will help you achieve your professional dreams.  We understand that knowing where to start and how to most effectively build the right skills for the LSAT can be overwhelming, and we will lead you to mastery on all the sections on the LSAT exam.  We will curate the ideal study plan tailored specifically to you.

We have a vast range of experiences helping students who are struggling with the Analytical Reasoning (AR) section (otherwise known as Logic Games) of the LSAT.  We are well practiced in building and fortifying your skills so that you can make quick and effective deductions. With our custom study plan and regular practice with our tutors, you will utilize all of the most relevant deductions and improve your efficiency and maximize your score on the AR section of the LSAT!

When it comes to the Reading Comprehension (RC) and Logical Reasoning sections of the LSAT, we will teach you the best and fastest ways to read, analyze and create a roadmap. You will also build a powerful foundation in formal logic skills that will carry you through Law School and into your career as a Lawyer in Canada. At Upper Canada LSAT Prep, you will become a master at identifying the important factors in the RC and LR sections, and know how to approach them with confidence as you move through each passage.

We will guide you personally through the entire process to tackle each type of question among all the three major sections of the LSAT and will also provide additional guidance on the writing portion of the LSAT. The Upper Canada LSAT Prep method is based on a comprehensive review of thousands of questions by LSAT experts.
